 Important Notice

TeenEagle cannot be held liable for any situations arising from not having read the Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.


















General Policy

All refunds for TeenEagle global finals are subject to the decision of the management, whether or not the reason is a form of force majeure.

 60+ days before event: 100% refund minus £245 admin fee

 31-60 days before event: Full refund minus £595

 15-30 days before event: Full refund minus £995

 0-14 days before event: No refund given for any reason


 No Refund Situations

  • No refund will be given to any participant that has gotten a visa but cancelled their registration
  • No refunds after the start date of the event
  • No refund if total refund amount would be less than the cancellation fee


 Event Transfers (Visa Refusal Only)

Transferring to another event in the same season is possible in the event of visa refusal. This must occur at least 30 days prior. The original Eagle Rate will apply, and the cost difference will be charged. No refunds if the transfer event is less expensive.


TeenEagle Regional Rounds are non-refundable, but partial refunds may apply based on cancellation timing.

 If you cancel 60+ days prior, you will receive an 80% refund, with a 20% cancellation fee applied.

 If you cancel 15–60 days prior, you will receive a 50% refund, with a 50% cancellation fee applied.

 If you cancel less than 15 days prior, you will receive no refund, as no refunds are given.

 No Refunds Policy

TeenEagle Online Rounds are non-refundable.


 Credit Transfer Option

Unused credits can be applied to any other online round within the same season, to be used by the same participant.

 Credits valid for same academic season only

 Must be used by the same registered participant

 Transferable to any online round date

 Service Hours 

Airport transfers for experience pack participants are available from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM on the arrivals day stated in the competition program.


 Flight Details Required

Submit correct flight details 21 days before the event. If not provided, participants are responsible for their own airport transfers with no refunds. 


 Group Transfers

If you arrive in a group smaller than 4 participants and don't want to wait for the next group, you're responsible for your own transfers with no refunds.


 Transfer Routes

Transfers are from airport to accommodation and accommodation to airport only. Additional locations not covered, no refunds for extra expenses.


 Registered Participants Only

Airport transfers are exclusively for registered participants only. Family members who have not registered cannot use the service.

Payment Processing Fees


With all payments, any online fees charged by companies such as Stripe are paid by the participants both while buying the product and getting any refunds.

Additional Important Information

Original Payment Method


All refunds will be made only to the original fee payer via the original payment method.

Damage Responsibility


Participants are responsible for any damage they make to the rooms and venues hired and they will be charged extra accordingly.

Last Minute Illness


If an individual tests positive for Covid-19 or gets sick on the day of the flight and is not able to attend the event, no fees will be refunded.

Discounts Policy


Participants who have earned discounts are unable to transfer their discounts. Only one discount per participant will be permitted. Discounts are non-transferable.

Management Rights


TeenEagle management reserves the right to accept or reject anyone to the global finals and to eject any participant from an event due to conduct issues.
